Your spreadsheet. A working application.

Compare the workbook with the app. Change an estimate, see the numbers update and preview the customer quote.

Showing: converted application

Illustrative data, quantities and rates—not a customer project or a ready-made product. Changes stay in this browser tab and reset on reload. No quotes are sent and no outside systems are connected. Dollar amounts are USD; tax treatment is excluded from the sample.

THE NEXT STEP: LESS DUPLICATE ENTRY

Build the estimating app.
Connect the next step.

Your application should be useful on its own. Once the estimating workflow is right, we can scope the connections that help the same information reach the people and systems that need it.

01 / Customer information

Start with the right job details.

A CRM connection could bring agreed customer and project fields into the estimate. We define where information originates and which system owns each field.

02 / Accepted quote

Give the field a usable handoff.

An approved quote could create a job summary for scheduling, including quantities, scope, contacts and exclusions. Review and approval steps stay explicit.

03 / Accounting handoff

Prepare information once.

An accounting connection could prepare an estimate or draft invoice for review. Account mapping, taxes and permissions are defined around your actual workflow.

These are examples of separately scoped connections. Feasibility depends on your software, available access and the information each system supports.

A PRACTICAL WAY TO START

Work from the process you trust.

01

Review the workbook

Walk through a real estimate, the formulas behind it and the exceptions your team handles. Identify the smallest useful first application.

02

Check the application

Compare calculations with agreed examples. Define who can change inputs, review quotes and manage the information.

03

Scope each connection

Agree on field mapping, transfer triggers, duplicate handling and what happens when a transfer fails. Hosting and ongoing care are optional.

QUESTIONS BEFORE CONNECTING SYSTEMS

Start with a clear scope.

Do we have to replace our accounting or CRM software?

Often the goal is to keep the tools you already use and make the handoff between them easier. We review their capabilities before recommending a connection.

Can our formulas and estimating exceptions stay?

Yes—the starting point is your agreed rules. We review exceptions with you and validate the application against examples you trust. Any proposed changes are discussed explicitly.

Does the starting price include everything shown in this demo?

No. Custom applications start at $3,950 for a defined scope. This example illustrates a range of possibilities. Integrations, hosting and ongoing care are individually scoped; the right first project may be much smaller.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

A description of the process, the systems involved and an example of where work gets repeated or delayed. We can agree on a suitable way to review confidential workbook content after that conversation.
